Its been a week since surgery and so far so good down to 339lbs from 365lbs when I started this whole journey. I have been following everything the Dr. had laid out and all is going well. I just cant wait to eat some real solid food but that wont be until September guess that wont be to long of a weight.

I started my two week preop liquid diet July 16 and boy does it suck. I went to a BBQ yesterday and watched everyone chow down as I drank my protien shake  . I have done the atkins diet before so I know how hard the two weeks of carb/caffeine detoxing can be.
