having given up the wine! I can't eat much compared to before (get too sick) but any is really too much now! Anyway, I'm less than one kilo from BMI 29 point something which will make me happy for awhile. I seem to still be losing about a kilo a month or maybe a little less now. It really seems so slow and the weeks I'm 'good' don't seem to have any more weight loss than the weeks I'm not so good!! I'm definitely in need of something to replace the pleasure I used to get from food - told my doctor I might start smoking but not seriously! I wish I could get pleasure from exercise but I really don't! I'm walking a bit with my new dog - Buddy - but not enough. I'm just so lazy when I get home and get everything that has to be done, done, all I want to do is lie down and read a book! I was suffering from severe anemia there a few weeks ago [probably built up since about Christmas] but have had iron injections and the levels are better and should be ok for a couple of months. The anemia was much more debilitating than I would had thought it would or could be - SO TIRED!!!
I'm now about 88kilos and am going to try the 5-day pouch test to see if I can jump-start things again. I do feel I can eat a bit much but not significantly - I know I have to be more careful of certain things and that some foods will 'slide' on down quite nicely - most of those leave me feeling sick if I have much though so I'm not sure why I'm not losing so much?? Oh, it could be the wine - got a bit reliant on that for a while but have realised it and put a stop to it for now anyway.
I'm so keen to be in the 'overweight' range and not the 'obese' range and I'm only about 2kg's off that - maybe in the next week or two?
