I am not happy with maintaing at this weight. Yeah it's great. It's succes but I know I can loss more. I want to loss another 25lbs by next June.

Well it seems as if milk doesn't like me much these days. Well see how it goes.  The yogurt and protien drink I was having daily make me feel sick now. No fun.
I am stuggling with protien. TO MANY CARBS NOT ENOUGH PROTIEN. I got to kick this in the butt!


Andy had his surgery yesturday.  He had his nose fixed. I can't wait tell the splint comes off and we get to see what it looks like.  I hope he feels better soon!! He can already breath better.
