10 Months.. Time does fly! There really is nothing really to report. Im down to 190 losing about 5 lbs a month.  I have a plastic surgery consult in July.. Im hoping to be 175-160 by then so I have kicked up the protein and running.. Its nice out so I have been running outside 4 days a week and going to the the gym 3 days a week for weights.. Its been working pretty well. We bought new bikes so I will be working that in as well. I leave for Las Vegas on Thursday and it has been so much fun buying clothes.. Im still not sure about the bathing suit but we will see.. but I love buying size 15 in the jr dept or 14's in misses I just cant wait to buy 12's and 10's.. Well keep the good work you guys are looking awsome!! :)

Well month 8 is running into month 9.. SO I will  make one post for both! Not much new still holding at 200lb. Because the scale gods hate me!! I have headed back to the gym after getting my life back on track, and Im loving it. I even ran for 20 min on the treadmill. I cant wait for the weather to change so I can be more active outside. I talked to my PCP about documenting so I can get plastics this summer hopefully. He is on board and I have an appt with the bariatric plastic surgeon the end of July. I want to be 175-165 before I meet with him so I better get my booty moving! Other then that not much new. Eating is going good, exercise is going good Im wearing a size 16-14 and an xl shirt.. Not complaining one bit.. Till next time!

6 Months...

I totally missed month 5.. But it went well!! Im down 100lbs!!! I cant complain about that.. My eating is pretty good.. I still am a little iffy with chicken. Some days its fine and some days it does not sit well.. And now at 6 months sugar is starting to bug me.  I never dumped or was effected by it nor did I try to dump or eat large quanities.. But that time of the month always brings the need for some choclate.  I usally eat one square of dark dove and Im good. Well this month it made me a little nauses. And I thought no biggie and tried it again on another day... same thing.. So I just dont eat it. I dont need it and since then I have not wanted it. So Im good..  I skipped out on the gym for a couple of weeks. I was in a funk and needed to get my house and life on track. We are planning to make some huge changes this year (location, location,location ) so I needed to get myself in order to get in the right mindset. I wish I was better with posting pictures but I dont know how... I still have no regrets and love the new me...  So back to the gym starting tomorrow and see what happens next. I have added a protein drink in the am. I just did not feel I was getting enough protein in, but I like them so it is no biggie.. Untill month 7!!

Wow! Time flies!! Not much new.. My eating is finaly where I want to be. Since it is the holidays I have been doing a lot of shopping with friends and its nice to be able to order ice tea or water and drink it before my food comes I have it there to sip only if I need to.. (my DR said you can sip up to half a cup during meals, its the same amount as if you were eating soup) I order my salad and eat pretty normal.. well normal for me!  I dont feel like Im deprived if I crave sweet a little peice of dove dark choclate. A little peice is all I can handle.. Chicken is still not my friend.. I dont know why I have tried it every which way but unless it is fried (which I dont do) it does not like me.. My no foods are: eggs, chicken, and brocolli.. Which I love brocolli so that makes me sad. I eat my 6 meals a day protein first ALWAYS... I work my butt off at the gym.. And I do mean that because I have no butt!! My skin issues are not bad, my thighs and arms are good I think my tummy will be another situation, and the girls are long gone!! 
So its been 4 months and I have lost 75lbs.. not to shabby..
Oh and I love my RNY!! :)

Soooo I went to the DR for the big 3 month visit... They of course  make you feel like a rockstar everytime you are there.. Im lost a total of 70lbs (if you count the 10lb gain from surgery.. hey weight is weight in my book) Which means I only have.... 80 to go!! My first mini goal is to have lost 100 lb's by Christmas.. I dont know if it will happen but we will see. Eating has been going ok. I still drink my peach nectar protein w/ orange crystal light every am.. Its good!!!  Its been hard to count calories and protein since I dont eat everything in the serving but Im getting better on a good day I get 90g of protein and less then 1000 cal on a bad day I get 79g protein and less then 1200 cal's but that is usually a weekend day.. Those days seem to be bad for me. I think it is because the whole family is home and instead of making all these meals I just cook for them or we go out and I just eat off eveyones plate... cheaper yes, but I pay the price.. The gym has been good..I have started a new arm routine that my husband set up for me.. I soooo want to wear sleevless shirts and dresses and not worry about the wings. To be honest. I dont mind having plastics on my tummy and the girls but good lord I dont want it on my arms or thighs.. So I work them hard!!  I still do not eat eggs.. They really dont sound good and I just dont want to go down that road again.. My favorite meal ever is salad..  A little bit of romain and a lot of cheddar cheese and grilled shrimp..  I think I eat it every day!!  I Love it!! We do eat a lot of ground turkey because I just  can not get chicken moist enough to stay down.. I make sure it is the lean and it seems to stay down pretty well.. Brocolli does not stay down.. ughhhh  

So that is it in a nut shell.. I do not have to go back untill my one year. My B12 was right on for a normal person but about 200 points to low for "us" so... Im off to get a B12 shot.. I opted for the shot because I heard it helps with the elastisity of your skin.. So heck ya Im all for it!! I will have to update some pics soon.. We went to a halloween party this weekend and I think I might have a good shot somewher... :) Cheers to you...
