My Story

Well i have been struggling with my weight now for about 15 years, after i had my son, i have gone up and down in weight, and did lose 30 lbs a few years ago, by exercising like a maniac and hardly eating anything!  Plus of coarse the stress of going through a divorce didn't help any!

I am at my heaviest now and am so damn tired of being this way!  I need some good friends who can encourage me and we can help each other through this!

I was seeing a Bariatric Dr. in Red Deer Alberta about a year ago and totally messed things up, i couldn't stay on track and lose some weight that he wanted me to.  But i think i am ready now!
