Hello all, incase you didn't notice, it is a brand new year.  I have a couple new years resolutions I am going to share with you.

1. exercise
2. eat better
3. paint the bathrooms
4. finish the projects I have started
5. get rid of the junk I have been holding onto for years and years and years and years and years..... etc....

I hope you all had fabulous holidays, mine were good.  I hate the holidays, I am glad they are over.

kisses - Jeremy

My Story

I don't really have a story about me to put here.  I have been fat my entire life, I was on the verge of death (literally) when I decided to have the surgery.  My insurance co said they would not cover it because it was not a medical necessity because I did not have any co-morbidities like diabetes, high blood pressure or any other heart problems.  I had bad joints but what fat person doesn't.  They refused even though my primary physician "PP" wrote a letter for me to them telling them that if I did not have the surgery that I was going to die because my body was crushing itself and that any given morning I may not wake up because my body crushed my heart.  He also mentioned that if, god forbid, I slip and fall numerous bones will break and I may be wheelchair bound from that point forward.  Don't you just hate insurance companies?  Needless to say I did not have the time to fight with the insurance co to appeal this because the last thing my PP said in the letter was that I probably would not live another year and the ins co said the appeal could drag out 2 years or more.  I just didn't have 2 years; I doubt that I had 2 months...  So I did a little research and chose a doc in Ensenada Baja California Mexico by the name of Doctor Alejandro Aguirre.  He is amazing.  The hospital is the nicest I have ever been in, the staff is wonderful, and I am alive and doing better than ever over a year later.  If anyone wants to chat about Dr A. or the hospital or whatever drop me a line.
