Stay focused and further my commitment to myself

  Well, it's all over. Surgery was monday morning 12/17/07. I came home yesterday. It's sure been rough. I guess maybe it's been so long since I've had any surgeries I just forgot. The gas feeling really hurts but i kept walking and it was better. I slept ok last night (1st night at home). Got up this morning and got in the shower. That was the icing on the cake. :)  

I've got to start on my protein & broth today. I've only been able to do the water and juice. it's getting better. I know some people say it wasn't as bad as they excpected but I have to differ and wouldn't want to do it again. But I'm glad I did.
