Long Time No Hear From

Happy New Year!!  I can feel it in my bones...2008 is the year for some major changes in my life emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially...So many things have happen within the last frew months that I do not know where to begin..All I have to say is Thank you LORD!!!!

To start it off i got myself a personal trainer to help with my weight lost and he has been a killer, but have been helping me out. He is not verberally brutal with yelling or screaming at me...He gives me the extra push ..I am already motivated, but losing this weight on my own can sometimes drain you..and having that extra push can help....I see him twice a week and has me doing everything...I never knew my body would ache so bad....I go to the doctors on Friday to see how my weight lost is doing...I know I am losing inches..so we shall see

I got me little promotion at my job...when I say God is Good...he is great!!!! My new position does not start until March 1sr, but taking this time to train and prepare myself for the promotion...
