And MY Journey Continues......

Well...Its been a while..things have been progressing steadily....I am down 27 pounds and have 23 more to go until I can schedule my surgey...Things have been crazy in my life...I am trying to focus on my life for a change....I have upped my personal training sessions to 3 times a week and even decided to join Weight Watchers to get the weight off..my goal is to have it off by June and to have the surgery either July or August....My mind have been raciing lately....This struggle is soooo hard and I know it will continue to be a rocky road.....I am trying to be as patient as possible and trying to get my mind right..but sometimes thoughts of if this surgery is the right decision for me....I have been overweight all my life and here I am joining weight watchers for a third time...and working out three times a weeks and slowily the weight is dropping off....I feel great...I feel more energized....and am blessed to be alive...I am moving towards a healthier lifestyle...I try and remain strong and positive...I have never been so motivated about working out in my life.....Times where I am sore and tired..I make it to my training session anyway...I feel bad when I miss a day and try to work out in between...My work life have been busy, but good.....my new promotion as a Media Buyer has been interesting...and I am just trying to learn as much as I can...How about my LOVE life.....hmmmmm....good question.....I will answer that later..lol
