Well my mom and I went to the informational meeting held at Dr. Bour's office.  I'm sold!!  Dr. Bour seems so down to earth, and actually really funny!!  We got to see one of his patients who is 6 months post op...she looks amazing!  I went ahead and made my appointment to come back and start the enrollment process!!!    The only thing was...going back home and telling my husband all about it.  He was unable to come, but he wanted to me to go over all the paperwork when I got back.  I first went over the actual procedure and the diet before and after surgery.  Then I sprung the $2000 enrollment fee on him!  He wasn't completely shocked...but I told him that I would start working at the restaurant I used to work at every weekend if I need to, take more photographs, and whatever else I'd need to do to make the money!  So we came to an agreement...I come up with the money, and lose 30 lbs and I can schedule surgery!!  It's just the beginning!!  I know the dieticians can help me lose the 30 that I want to lose before surgery, it's the money I'm worried about....but it'll come, I know it!  Just pray that I'll make lots of tips!  Ok, well that's all for now!

Well my doctor called and I have been signed up for one of the informational sessions- Thursday Sept. 27th.  I'm kind of sad because I don't think my twin sister will be able to join me.  She is closing on her house that day...but hopefully my mom and husband will go.  It's just the first step on the road to a new me!
