High level Liver MCH - 1 yr post op - always been low iron - taking supplements

The dreaded STALL - (second stall, 6.5 months post op) Oh my those first 100lbs came off great and the next 27 were hard work...now I have had no loss for about 3 wks...up and down with the same 5lbs....
