February 13th, 2006:
I got back from Florida on the 11th. While I was down there I lost 4 lbs! I am now 210. I was 310 at the start of this whole thing and 292 the day of surgery. I have lost a combined total of 100 lbs. I have now made it to the "Century Club"! YIPPEEE!!!
