Well today is my first day of the high protien liquid diet, so far so good! I hear the 3rd, 4th and 5th day are the hardest! I feel like I have totally prepared myself for this so hopefully it goes fairly smooth! 10 days till my surgery day!!!

Well I get to start my liquid diet on 12/13 for surgery on 12/23!!

I finally got the call saying I am approved for surgery! I have my appointment with the surgeon on 12/3, I am so excited!

Well I got a call yesterday from my surgeon's office! They are wanting to submit for approval but were unsure if it will get approved because I have not had a consistant two years of over 40 BMI, I told them to still try! I have had a BMI over 35 off and on for the last 4 years! I am so depressed and worried that I will be denied and my whole future is riding on getting this surgery done! I am not working right now due to Fibromyalgia and knee pain, if I do not get this weight off soon I will be bankrupt! I need to get this done ASAP so I can get back to full time work! I am really scared and worried! Please pray for me!

Well I found out Friday that I have one hurdle to jump before we can send in my request for approval. I have to go see the sleep doctor to adjust my CPAP on Monday, once that is completed then we will send in my request! I am getting so excited! The nurse said I should have my surgery date before Thanksgiving! I am praying that all goes well so I can have surgery in December before my dad leaves for Florida.
