it's been a while
It's been a while...I hope everyone's been doing well..I'm doing alot better...no more dumping...well not very often anyway lol...I'm down to 140...wearing a size 4 in jeans...medium shirts...WOO HOO!!!!
feeling great...been going to the gym five times a week...yet a little sad cuz the girls are beginning to resemble tube socks...but oh well..guess ya gotta take the good with the bad...
