James K. Weber M.D.
'I met Dr. Weber back in September 2002 and knew he was the surgeon for me. I first went to an open forum for the surgery with a different surgeon in 1996 and knew that Dr. Fox wasn't right for me. rnrnHe is very confident of his own ability and puts back on us

Saw Dr. Weber Jan. 16th and his scale weighs about 9 lbs more than mine.  I am having back pain and migraines and the Dr. said it was bec the front of me is pulling at me and he said in 25 more pounds I could have a breast reduction and have something done with my stomach.  I had a bikini cut surgery when I was 25 and that severed the muscles and makes them not able to provide the support I need.  So 25 more lbs will put me at 149.

I am doing a 6 grade for 60 minutes 3 days a week and Dr. Weber said to up to every day.  That burns about 440 calories and I take in about 600.

happy new year.  Just checking in again with a weight loss of 123 lbs.  I've been moody and cranky and feel like a giant wrinkle.  Found some stuff at Bartell's that has strivectin in it and is seems to be helping firm up the skin below my chin.  I researched Dermal injections and Thermage but I can only afford that if I sell a kidney or my cars.  That won't happen soon.  Was a disappointment to discover the cost.

I am thinking that a breast reduction might reduce some of the new shoulder neck pain I am having.  When I see Dr. Weber later this month I am going to discuss with him the et rid of the belly skin too since rashes are so easy to get.  It is just so heavy and as I mentioned above, my shoulders and back are giving me pain and after speaking with Summer in Dr. Weber's office, my favorite physician is is doing that type of surgery.  I trust him completely!!!

Then there is the thinness of my hair.  I went to a hairdresser and she cut bangs on me that are short and seem to emphasize the thinness of my hair.  Nothing to be done except not go back to her....
I found som Aveda hair products and moisturizers and they seem to help a little.

Good luck to everyone.
