Got a call from Dr Weber's office and he said there is no preapproval for the surgery to rebuild and reconnect the stomach muscles and remove the excess skin.  Repeated rashes and the migraines should be grounds for this as it must weigh 7 lbs.  Then I can focus on my breast reduction.  Being a 36 G is ridiculous unless you are a dancer in Vegas.  The migraines are happening 3 to 4 times a week and I can only use the Immitrex once per week.  

Next stop is my regular physician's office to deal with the added documentation.  According to my Blue Cross Blue Shield it will go through a medical review board for approval.
