I moseyed on back to say howdy and of course get back on track. My RNY has made me very happy. I had it at St. Vincent's in Cleveland, with Dr. Sonpal on December 21, 2010. Not one complication. God bless him and the staff at St. V's. They rock!  I am so thrilled to have lost 110 pounds that I have taken to reckless dietary stunts.  I don't want any of that grubby fat back. I have plenty more to lose, hovering around 355.

I moved back to Centralia WA in March 2011. I've lost so steadily, but slowly, that I didn't seek out a Bariatric. Now I'm scared I stretched out my pouch. I want to get the rest of it off.
Everything has sagged south and its hell on my back. I've scheduled with a new doc, Dr. Dally, here in WA. I see him March 21, with great hopes.
