Health Coach

So I had to check in with my Optima Health coach today since I had my PCP appointment yesterday. I weighed in and have lost a few pounds on my own. I am now down to 300 since my last visit I had lost 11 lbs.. I am so excited and my blood sugar is under control fairly good staying in the 120-78 range. My health coach said my file is under review and it should only be a day or two longer. That all they have to do is confirm that I have been employed with Sentara for 2 years (check) and that then the Medical Director to check that I have had my visits, and enough supporting information (check i think and hope).. then it will be okayed or denied.. crossing my fingers :) ....
