I've been overweight all my life.  I've done all the other diets and yo-yo'd every time.  I'm tired of the yo-yo dieting.  I know this will be a life changing, life altering challenge but I am ready for it.  Our first grandchild was born this year.  She is part of my reason for making this decision.  I want to be here for her for as long as I can.

Finally have a surgery date!

I'm so excited about having the surgery, I want to do it tomorrow.  I've done all the my insurance requires.  I just have my cariologist appt left.  That's not till mid June.

So far, on this new journey, I've done a few of the preliminary tests that my insurance requires.  I've got six monts to wait till my insurance gives the final ok.  Now that I've made this decision, I'm ready to do it NOW!!
