Greeting to ALL in OH Land!
Here we go...... Yesterday was the 6 month anniversary if my rebirth 1/13/10. First of all I want to say I feel great, and I've been rediscovering that i actual have some mojo left..... IT must have been hiding under all the weight! Unfortunately, i did not hit mini goal #2, which was to be down to 145, I actually went up 1.8 to 148.8. I think a lot of it has to do with retaining water and the fact that I need to step up my goal as it gets harder to get rid of the weight, the closer you get to goal. Time to step up the game and bring the BIG guns out!
As much as i would have loved to hit my mini goal #2, I'm so proud of where I am and how well I'm doing. I started out at 254 and size 24, I'm now at 148.8 and a comfortable size 10. It's been many years, since I gotten my behind in a 10.
Mini Goal #3: Hit 142 by 2/13/10
Mini Goal #4: Exercise a minimum of 3 x's a week, have slacked off since I've been working the last 3 months (just so darned tired)
Remember we all want to "GET RID" of the weight and not lose it. i know i never want to find it again.
