Hello.   I am new to this.  I have been spending the last year reading everyones postings.   The good the bad.   I am in process of educating myself.  After battling back and forth with myself and fear, I have finally decided to go for it.   I have my appt with the my dr. Feb. 20th.   I think 2 1/2 yrs. is long enough.  For some odd reason I feel comfortable this time.   I am married, mother of 3.   My husband is wonderful, my children the same!!  I have thier support.  I think their worst fear is the complications part.   It seems my husband and I breathe each other.  And he stresses, there is no way he could cope without me.   I am not a big eater, I have to say.  I don't each much, but when I do finally take the time to eat.  It BIG portions.  I have been working on that for the past 6 months.  My weight goes YO-YO.   My family on both sides are pretty healthy size people(If you know what I mean).  I am tired of the yo-yo and I want to get a control of it.  I will diet and work out 2 - 4 times a week, depends when I can get in.  I will loose about 10lbs. then that is it.  I stop, then I get discourage and I gain it back and then some.  Any suggestions out there? any encourage words?
