How could I forget to mention restriction? I got another fill a few weeks ago and now have 5 cc's in my band. WOOHOO I can FEEL IT!!! This is real restriction folks. I have PBd, slimmed and everything else they talk about on the message board. I have had to - for lack of a better word - bring back up entire meals because something got "stuck" or I ate one bite too much!! I have had to re learn chewing chewing and chewing some more and I have learned to listen to my band through all of this though and you know what....in the end, I'm good!

So all in all, I live each day eating slowly. not drinking with meaks and focusing on what I got the band for. HEALTH!
