Ok, so I work out everyday with my new buddy 1firstlove...we found out we live right down the street from one another. :) Anyway, everyday at the gym, drinking my water, eating slowly, and still stuck at 295! I have (with the help of 1first and my hubby) realized that I drink with my meals..so I am working on that but what else can I do? I have also started with weight training along with the cardio but could that be making my weight hoover in this annoying place? I want the scale to move!!!!! I can see a difference in the way my clothes fit, I'm going down in sizes and I have more energy but what about the numbers on the scale. I guess I knew this day would come eventually so I need to pray and let it go but it just stinks!
I think I might try the 5 day pouch test just to kick start once again. Wish me luck!
