here it is 14 weeks since i had my sugery.  people comment all the tiem about how much weight i have lost. that feels nice and all.... i finally see it in myself... i have gone from a 2xl in tops to a large... the other day i put on a apir of 16 reg. not women and they fit tooo. i was a 22/24...  i have not been this small in a long time .. i feeel great have a lot more energy at least my house is getting decluttered....  the surgery has been great i have had no complications at all(prasie God)   all the glory goes to him.... i cannot wait to see what the next 14 weeks bring..

i am 3 months post op of having gasric bypass.  this has been the best journey for me. i follow all the drs. orderes and have lost 54 pounds.  i am so looking forward to the next 3 months. just went to see my sister and son in west vir. this past weekend and some of my sisters friends did not even recognized me. that was a great moment. i feel great , and give all the glory to GOd above, who had made this so easy for me.

i am one week out from surgery, some days i feel like i am really hungry, others i do fine. i try to eat every three hours, i drink protein shakes, adn water.  how can i get pass this
