Happy Anniversary to me!!

 ok it's been a year i lost 140 pounds pants size from 48 to 38 looking good as hell well each and all their own taste but for those who find me hot got to beat them away with a stick hahahaha just joking but i'm very very happy and i feel great!!! I d'ont know if anybody had this but i have been having atrial fibrillation in the past year been taking medication i wonder if it has a relation to weight loss or surgery or just coincidence? anyways still certain foods that are undigest for me and hey that is good otherwise i would tank it down!!! Love my new life!!

all this story about almanza and betancourt!

 ok i was operated for a lapband i rejected it!I was treated very well second surgery a few days later for a sleeve.No infection treated like a king and cared for like a big baby.Almanza was polite friendly and comprehensive. Mr. Betancourt was friendly and very caring about his patients.And if mr. Betancourt is not a dr. well he is not the one who does surgery and i remember him asking by phone advice to the surgeon.So many surgeries in one week and month after month 1000 surgeries or more per year How many infections and aid contractions and deaths since they are in buisness?? All i know i was there 11 days and it was just fine and i saw many people come in and go out.Met plenty who had surgery from Dr. Almanza and they are all happy and much less heavy. So doctor schmocter what the !@**&  we are all losing weight and everybody was happy. Shit happens when u have so many surgeries a woman in montreal died after a lapband surgery not so long ago and they proceed to what 6 surgeries per week in our super advanced and sceptic hospitals!  I am in negotiations with a pharmaceutical company for the Jerusalem hospital to buy 100 000 staple cartridges and staplers because they change them at every surgery with new equipement that is sterile.

Feeling great losing weight floating in my clothes!!

 Ok i am losing and i am feeling brand new!! Craving sometimes a good meal in my favorite restaurant but what a waste!!! So i  i never mind.I had sushi the other day but only a few sashimi pieces! ate a few chicken pieces at another dinner.Can not go to a restaurant alone only pick in a small plate.On the road one waitress made me a kiddy plate and i did not eat it all hahaha!

 aaaahhhh i lost weight since my surgery!!! I weighed myself tody for the first time since my surgery wow!!!one month  go go go go!!!
