I'm looking for Protein options.  I was on GNC website and found Cocotein.  I'm having a rough time with some of the shakes.  Is this a good option?

It has a little more sugar than the ones I have been using, but I thought it might be an option

i feel absolutely drained. Tried to go walk at Walmart today and barely made it 20 min. I was very light headed.   Will it get better once I'm cleared for puréed food?  I'm drinking 64 oz of fluids and getting 60 g of protein from shakes each day.

My surgery is 8/26.  I was so sure they would find a reason to deny me.  Got all my instructions from the surgeons office today.  Surgery is scheduled for 11 am.  This is really going to happen.  Can't wipe the smile off my face!!!
