Dr. Aceves and his entire team Is like AWSOME!!! If you are contemplating WLS in Mexico and would like to be treated like a queen (or King)..then you will definately want to look up Dr. Aceves and Dr. Campoz....they are fabulous.

I was sleeved on 2-27-12 , I am 42 yrs. fat and wishing to be 1/2 the person I have become (in wieght that is).  I have 4 biological children and 1 borrowed for the last 8 years.  I was 354 lbs before surgery, I lost 14 lbs prior to surgery and weighed in at 342 the day of surgery...to date 7 weeks out I have lost 50 lbs and I feel fabulous.  I used to take perscription pain pills for the pain in my knees and back...well since 3-4-12 I have not taken even 1 pill.

I do have a difficult time with getting my proteins in and enough calories during the day...now I NEVER thought I would be having this problem....I swim 3 X a week doing water arobics for an 1 1/2.  I love it, it is easy on the knees and back and you get a good cardio work out and feel energized when thru.

My husband is not supportive at all, in fact I feel most of the time he is either trying to sabbatage me or critisize me....I just have had to ignore his bad behavior which is sometimes hard when it smells like brownies.

I have decided I want to be healthy for myself and my grand children, I want to live a long time so they can have a relationship with their grandmother.  I will lose weight and I will be healthier.
