4-11-07 I'VE GOT A DATE

May 29--would have been sooner except for some vacations in our dept. but YIPEEE anyway! I'll have pre-op class, pre-op testing and get the scoop on Optifast on May 7. I will be on Optifast starting May 14 until surgery. Seems so far away but it will be here before I know it!  Good luck to all who go before me.

Got a call from the Dr's office saying they are sending a referral letter to my insurance. I have been approve but to a different facility. This just needs changed. After they receive that, she said we'd talk about a surgery date. FINALLY!!!

3-26-07 Esophagram

I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Not bad at all. Going for abdominal U/S, Chest x-ray,EKG and blood work tomorrow.
