It's been a week since my surgery.  Doing well.  Seemed to have been losing.  The past 3 days no loss.  Even a 1 lb gain.  I am so nervous.  Any advice?  Or am I crazy???

Looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey.  Surgery was on April 21.  I am home now and on clear liquids.  Nervous but excited.  Any words of wisdom will be grately appreciated.

I was out today searching for all my vitamins. It has been very difficult to find several that I need in chewable form.

can I have some help in where to purchase.  My surgery is on Tuesday.
