February Update

Hi again:  It has been awhile since I posted.  The holidays came and went without many problems for me food wise.  I have lost my urge to eat sweets, thank goodness.  I am still craving munchies though but doc said popcorn was okay - I melt some cheese on it and get some protein :-)  I rarely cook - too much for just 1 person.  

I am now in a size 12-14 which is totally wonderful!  Had my 6 mos checkup and doc said I was right where I was supposed to be.  Need to lose another 20-30 lbs by June so don't think that will be hard although I am in another plateau.  I seem to drop 3 lbs at a time but at least I am dropping.  At 58 I am really shrivelling up but beats the alternative.  Trying to figure out how to wear a swimsuit without showing my Incredible Sagging Body - my legs look horrible.  So guess I'll just swim at night so no one can see me - LOL

I am also posting some pics of myself and my grandbaby Sydney who is already 22 mos old but I love that stage.  She is so cureous and talks a mile a minute.  Make sure you check out her beautiful blue eyes.  Talk to you soon and I hope you are doing well with your weight loss adventure!!
