Surgeon Testimonial Jeffrey Allen, M.D. I really liked Dr Allen on first meeting have not seen him since Aug 2007 and it is 2008 He said my surgery should be Nov or Dec so I waited until Feb 2008 and then I started calling but the calls were never returned. Finally got a hold of someone and they put me in touch with Celeste. She found out that my record had been put on hold because Rita had been in an accident and my insurance had not been filled. It was sent to Tricare and I received an answer 14 Mar saying it would cover it. Here it is 26 of Mar and I still have not been scheduled. This is the office staffs negligence. Hoping to be scheduled soon. Am looking forward to having this done Member Interests
