rnDr Kemmeter is awesome. So nice and professional with a great bedside manner. His skill as a surgeon is unsurpassed. because of my high BMI at surgery, Dr Kemmeter wasn't sure he could insert the lap instruments into me and seriously considered waking me up and having me lose more weight than perform an open operation. In the end he was able to get them in and safely performed the procedure. I received my VSG on 3/21/07 due to Dr Kemmeter's skill and caring. Thanks Doc!rnI owe my life to you. Still waiting on insurance
on January 30, 2007 8:05 pm

Today is January 30th, 2007 - I'm in the no man's land of thinking that my insurance has approved the surgery, but not sure. BC/BS of Michigan e-mailed my boss (HR/Benefits Manager) and told him that I was reviewed and approved, and that I'll be getting a letter shortly confirming that. THAT was almost 2 weeks ago, and no letter and no call from my surgeons office yet. Did they approve the VSG?

I hope so - stay tuned
