I have lost close to 200 lbs, the journey has not been easy, but the things that are worth fighting for in life give you the most happiness. I have never been as happy as I am today. Dr. Jawad gave me a new life, a better quality of life and overall gave me the chance to live out all my dreams. I am thankful and grateful for this gift. I can not express to the world what he has done for me. New Year's...

So its been almost a year, January 12th will be my one year anniversary. Lately i've been sad, I feel that there are so many people that are jelous of my success that they keep on trying to bring me down. It's hard to adjust to this new life, because you have completely changed... I am now 140 lbs down :) 170 since my heaviest, I can't wait to loose another 50 :) Then go ahead with getting rid of the extra skin. I hope this new year will bring me more happiness!
