I want to start this year off on a good note.I am calling my doc tomm and seing if i can get a fill.I am hungry again.I started a gym like 3 or 4 weeks ago.I go usually 6-7 days a week for a hour.I am liking it.I am gaining.Is this because of the muscle?I am getting depressed since I am working hard ,but still gaining.This is a big step for me,I have never been a member of a gym.my husband is going most nights with me,that helps.I hope everyone had a good Christmas and will have A Happy New year.I really want to loose some weight before my trip to Vegas in Feb.I dont wat to gain while I am there.It will be hard with all the buffets.Any suggustions please let me know.Sandy
