I am back from vacation.I had fun,ate a little to much.Hot krispy creams right in our motel,had to walk by just to get to room,had a total of 4 while I was their.Walked tons and thought I would not gain but drank alcohol daily.I gained four pounds.THANK GOD I get my fill next Tuesday.I am tired of being hungry and eating the wrong things.I now I am guilty of it also.I hope everyone is doing well.I got home late Monday night and had the flu already to day.I wish I could exercise again.My gallbladder is not healing right they think I have a hernia growing and he would not do surgery now because of tyhe swelling.It hurts more now than when I was released from the hospital.They think I might have a blod clot in my leg,I think I just overwalked,I was to have a scan today but cancelled because I was sick.I think it is getting better.I can eat so much in one sitting.Not as much before sugery but way more than I should,I hope all of this changes after my fill.I need to loose some weight.My bandaversarry is coming up real soon.I wont make it to my 100 pounds.Oh well.I will be soon.Please let me know how you are all doing.Sandy Hanson

Well its not working

Tonight I tested my pouch.I ate a wole big mac from  Mcdonalds exept two little bite.The bun and every thing.I told you I dont have any restriction.I am going on the 5 day pouch diet before my trip.I leave for Vegas on Monday  for a week.I dont get my fill until Feb 26.

Help!

Since I posted last I was starving,I have ate a whole banana,sugar free jello,coffee,crystal light,8 teddy grahams,4 crackers,little piece of deer salami,2 pieces of cheese(protein) now I am eating lettuce with that 2 calorie spritzer dressing with a little lean meat in it,since I feel so guilty grazing.I dont know what to do. iam so hungry and have no restrition.It is not head hunger either.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had two ounces chicken breast with very little swiss cheese on it,and 1/2 cup sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip on it.
