Roger De La Torre, M.D. The first impression i got of my surgeon was that he looked different in person than he did on his picture, his office staff was wonderful,he also was very informative about the risks and benefits of the surgery,he was very honest and willing to answer any questions that you may have.He has a great bed side manner,I would recommend Roger A.de la Torre and Depaul Weight Loss institute to anyone considering weight loss surgery.

My Story
Welcome to my journey, I'm a wife and a mother of three i started my journey weighing in at 316, I was a size 24 in bottoms in and tops i was a size 26/28. Right now i'm wearing a size 16 in bottoms and a size extra large in tops i must say this has been a wonderful journey. I never thought i would see the day that i would like taking pictures and going shopping. I feel so good about my self, my self esteem is in a place that it has never been. I won't say that everyday has been easy because i wouldn't be honest. I still sometimes have issues with head hunger but most of the time i get through it. When i look at my before pictures that's enought to keep me on the strait and narrow. What can i say i love the new me.
