I have been over weight all my life. Two things I have always wanted was to loose wieght and stop smoking before I die. I am soooo ready to do this.

Getting Started

I have taken the first steps to change my life. Now it is a waiting to see if I can have it done. I had my stomach stappled about 26 years ago and lost 75 lbs. This was only a temperary stappling that only lasted two yearsl. Meet the man of my dreams and had two children. So with that and it only being temperary I gain all my wieght back plus more. Now my health is going down hill and I have to do something. This is a circle I have to get out of. The more I hurt the less I do and the more I eat.
