    Wednesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. UPDATE: HAVING HERNIA REPAIR SURGERY

I had my surgeon check out the hernia.....he feels it would be best if I take care of Umbilical Hernia NOW rather than waiting due to the fact of increase risk of more problems that may happen if I let it go....and it gets really bad. Nothing worse than waiting until a medical problem gets SO BAD that emergency surgery is needed. So I am doing this surgery PREEMPTIVELY. Surgeon feels I will be up & about within a week. Only 1-2 days in hospital at most.

So after I recoup from this surgery, it's back to thy gym Oh yeah, forgot to mention I have strict instructions to stay away from the gym until one month post surgery. So the upside is surgeon says I can walk to my heart's content and do arm weights woo hoo !!!!  I am doing the WALK FROM OBESITY in Schenectady, NY Central Park tomorrow, Sat 9/27. I am very excited about it. First time I have ever done this and I can't wait !!!! Rain is expected, but that's ok. I have an umbrella !!!!! Bring it on !!!!!!!
