John Monk, M.D. When I first met Dr. Monk and Sue (his assistant that is nearly as vital as Dr. Monk!) haha. Anyways -- when I first met the both I had read lots about them already so I had a lot of preconceived ideas about them both. They are both very similar to what you commonly hear....Dr.Monk is very straightforward - he is not the type to hold your hand or pat your head as you go. Meeting with him is very to the point and in all reality - it works for him. You can see that he is a kind person if you look at him - but when it comes right down to it - he is a proffessional and that is how he acts. Sue - I loved her. She was also very professional - but I don't think that there was a question I could come up with that she couldn't answer. When I had to call to ask questions after the surgery - she was more than able to answer the questions. :)
At this point - I am unsure of their after care program as I am just going to my 1 month post op surgery tomorrow - so we'll see! :)
In general - I have no complaints to date about the care, people, ect
