Tummy Tuck!

So i went to see Dr. Nohr wed march 11 and he said that i'm ready for my tummy tuck and booked it for june 4, 2009.

Liquid diet.

So i start my liquid diet on monday, can't believe it is happing so fast.I know it's sad but all i can think about is what i'm going to have for supper on sunday night(hahaha). I hear that the first 3 or 4 days of the liquid diet is the hardest and if u can get those over with it all good, god i hope so.

My Story

Well i'm 28 years old with 2 beautiful kids and a wonderful husband, i have been over weight since the age of 10 or 11 and after 2 kids i added more weight to that. I'm doing this to get my life back and to be able to live long enough to se my kids grow up and have their own family. I can already see my bad eating habbits in my oldest which was a wake up call for me to do something about it. Only 20 days untill my surgery and i'm both excited and nervous all at the same time.
