My journey has been interesting to say the least.

Through it all I have had the 'ON GOING' care of my Surgeon, Dr. Paul E Maciks.
I absolutely LOVE him.
He has seen to my medical needs as General physician, Surgeon, Consultant, & ANYTHING else I have needed along my journey.

I am soooooo thankful!

I have flucuated over the years between-15-30 lbs.
My lowest weight 149lbs...Just hitting that number a few weeks ago.

This is truly a tool...
I STILL DUMP...which is amazing in it'self.

My body continues to 'police' my intake.
I do not not have the 'head hungers' that were an issue in the beginning.

My life changed drastically...well, I lost the intimacy that I shared between friends before I had the surgery...They 'cut me off'...so now we are distant associates.

That was unexpected & hurt.

However, I am happy, HEALTHY, & closer to my husband than I have ever been.

When I initially statrted this journey I was shcked how many PO were divorcing.
I was very concerned about that...My husband & I never had the 'picture perfect' marriage....we had & still have struggles.

We're still very opinionated...:)

However, we knew that we loved each other.

On this journey I realized that not only I but my husband, family, & friends would also experience this journey as well...& they have.

I love my Hubby & my peoples.

I mostly thank God...this journey kept me on my knees & in that brought me closer to God.
Revealing how God is a 1 on 1 God, intimate, that when everyone else forsakes me, even my self...that He would never forsake me.

I love Him SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!
& I thank & praise Him for loving me.
