ObesityHelp

So, today everything will be submitted to Aetna and the waiting will begin.  My goal is to wake up everyday, review if there is anything I can do to help further the process....if so do it.....then settle into knowing I've done all I can today and move on.  I must remember I did not do this to myself overnight, and it will not be reversed overnight, or easily.  All I can do is all I can do, and all I can do is enough.
