So i've decided in having a sleeve gastrectomy due to the fact that I'm Fat, and even if I can lose some it all piles back on and then some. So I live in New Zealand and heres it's $23,500, so have made the leap to travel abroad. Spent many a hour researching and have decieded on India due to pocket friendly price, much closer than other places known for medical tourism, and number one my Surgeon, whom I feel confident in.Having the surgery 18 Feb, and now shortly after purchasing my plane tickets,NOW I'm already nervous. AAHHH!
I've read the stats on mortality, complications etc so know what I'm getting myself into and still feel good about my choice, however I'm a real controlled person and hate the idea of not being in the drivers seat so to speak.
If anyone out there felt this way and can make my journey more stress free I would love to hear from them.
