Hi, my name is Belinda.  I currently weigh 350 an I am 5' 8"  BMI 53.2.  I went to a Seminar in June, I am ready to do this.  I went to my PCA to get a letter and he was totally aganist this for me, unless I have all kinds of test.  Well finally i should have my letter on Friday, July 6, 2007.  We will see.  I also found out my insurance will pay for the whole thing.  Yeepee  I should rec my first appt with Dr. Lord on July some time.
