I was healthy fat now unhealthy skinny...but found a...

I was a "healthier" heavy person but hated myself...after my gastric bypass, i have suffered from a lot of health issues.  I hope i can help just ONE person from this message.  Because i found a solution for myself.  After I went from 240's to 125 at my lowest and now at 144. I have been passing out and disconnected from feeling "normal" .  I almost got into several car accidents cuz my sugar would drop so low.  After several calls to the doctors office explaining what i was going through the nurse yelled at me and told me to stop eating sugar.  Outraged at how I was treated ( btw....i wasnt eating sugar i watch every label never more then 10g )  i stop going to my follow up appointments.  I started seeing my primary doctor. I found out I am hypo-glucmic(sp?), severly anemic where i almost had to have a blood  transfusion and ended up in the ER on December 22, 2010.  I have been diagnosed with vasovagal low blood pressure which it drops fast and make me faint.  I have felt scared and frustrated.  For years now i havent been able to keep up with myself and i ALWAYS run out of energy.  I am telling my story in hopes i help you if your in this situation.  I found a solution and i finally feel alive again.
It a nutriutional shake you take as a meal replacement.  Since, I started this less then two weeks ago....I FEEL ALIVE AGAIN.  I have energy and feel like I can do anything i want and not run out of steam.  I would be happy to tell you about it IF you would like. I am not telling you this to push a product on you to try BUT if you feel 25% as good and energenic as I do ....You Win ! I think specially for people that have had a surgery like mine RNY....liquid supplement is the way to go.

Had a WOW moment today
on October 11, 2008 6:23 pm
My DH & I went to Meijer's and we went down an aisle that had full length mirrors, we have never own one.  Anyways, I did a triple take at myself.  I could not believe that was me.  I looked tiny.  I've NEVER... EVER thought that before about myself.  My husband said stop checking yourself out.  I kept saying do I really look like that or is something wrong with that mirror.

Happy !!!!!!!!!!!
on August 19, 2008 2:42 pm

I am 145 now and very active now.  Size 6 or small shirts and size 8 pants. :)  I am very happy I decided to do this.   I do have some problems with my sugar going too slow.  It feels like I want to faint.  Some Family members tell me not to lose anymore..I wish I was that easy being 5'6".  145 is okay, but anymore weight loss is going to look too little.  I need to find some pics to post.  Let me know how your doing.  I miss you guys..

Heather

Nightmare trying to login in
on April 22, 2008 7:28 pm
I forgot my password and it took me forever to get it.  I am so not a computer person, I hate that it changed !!  I only have my weight journal recorded on this site so I was freaking out a bit.
All is well I went on my cruise the beginning of April.  It was beautiful !!!  Loved it.  I gained 5 lbs and I was eating very healthy !!  I took me about 8 days to lose it and addidtional 3.  So I am down to 167.  I can fit 12 pants and medium shirts.  What I want to know is where did my boobs go ????

My Story

I am 32 years old.  Happily married with 3 beautiful children.   I'm in advertising and love it.  My husband is a sheriff deputy and made his dreams come true...I am very proud of him.  I've have been very overweight forever but, just became MO in the last couple years.  In HS I didn't struggle as much, but since kids forget it.  Can't wait to not be embrassed about how I let myself go, so badly.  I will be on the losers bench soon.  Hurray!!!! I am 5'6" with a weight of 243 LBS.  I am excited about this new journey and look forward to living to the fullest.
