I have been so busy with work and completely worn down by the end of the day that I haven't been logging online as much as I used to.  I had gained as much as 10 lbs, but I have reformatted my eating plan and 3-4 lbs of it has come off since.  Plus with the increased activity at work and so on, I am more on the go.  I have finally cleared away all of the crap around my eliptical and stationary bike, so I am hoping to incorporate both of those pieces into my daily activity - although right now I have a cold and I am not doing much!

Work is doing great.  I have been analyzing my goals and dreams as far as work goes.  I am pretty decided, with the help of my husband, to become a nurse anesthetist.  My husband has been re-instated back into K-State (our favorite university).  So that makes my week.  Although, he has also recently been promoted at work so he will only be taking 1-2 classes for the time being to work towards his goals so that he can maintain his new work obligations.

Wow.. I am off to a poor start this summer already, with posting anyway.  Let's see, I haven't lost any weight, but I am working towards improving my eating and I am getting more active.  I am even going to be working full time as a nurse, so just that will increase the activity in my life.

I have also hopped on my bike and worked out a bit this morning.  I need to get better at it, i.e. need a longer time.

My husband is also wanting to eat better and that has helped me in the past.  So, I think all in all, my weight will start falling off before long.  We work out together which is very nice and also helpful.  As many of you know, weightloss is easier with a partner...

Until next time...
