Weight Plateau

I'm very frustrated now.  I lost about 8 pounds my first week post surgery.  I was watching the weight dropping every day.  Tomorrow, I will be 3 weeks post surgery and I have hit a plateau.  I didnt lose any weight for about a week.  I finally just lost a pounds again after a week.  I'm very sad but I'm hoping my body is just getting used to all the changes.
