Surgeon Testimonial Richard Perugini, M.D. The first time I met him, I thought he was knowledgeable but no sense of humor. The sense of humor has increased in the few times I've seen him since then. I think Dr. Perugini is awesome and would recommend him to anyone else! He went over all of the risks beforehand and even drew pictures for me so I would have a better understanding.
