Please checkout my blog, a resource center for obesity lifetime disease management.

In 2003, I made a decision that would forever change my life. Since that time, I have been following a program of lifetime disease management to achieve long term weight loss. It began with laproscopic RNY gastric bypass surgery followed by changing the way I eat, mild exercising, and attending Overeater's Annonymous. On August 26, 2008, I added StomaPhyx surgery to my program.
