scales - Dave got on the scale this morning and he is 201.5lbs his goal was 200lbs...it's 2.5 years out and he is still losing not as fast but it's happening...AMAZING

It has been over year since I've checked in. - Nice seeing some familar faces here. Dave is still experiencing great success. Dave's surgery was 2 1/2 years ago now. He never hit is goal weight of 200lbs, but is still down...
